When buying, our services to you are FREE. We protect you, and only you in the contract.
Sellers; When selling, we make sure that your home is properly priced from the start. If your home is over-priced, it will likely attract fewer interested buyers. A good buyer's agent WILL inform their client that your home is overpriced based on comparables sold in the area.
